Safety & community guidelines
Good connections start with clear information and sensible precautions.
Inspect before committing
Confirm the material, quantity and condition. Meet in an appropriate location. Do not share OTPs, passwords, account access or financial credentials. Be cautious with advance payment requests, QR-code collection scams and pressure to move immediately.
Handle materials responsibly
Only list materials you are permitted to transfer. Do not mix hazardous substances into ordinary materials. Do not burn, dump or dispose of material unlawfully. Confirm the intended use and the other party’s ability to collect and handle it safely.
Respect people’s privacy
Use private messages for contact. Share the precise collection address only when appropriate. Do not publish third-party phone numbers, addresses, identity documents or personal images without permission.
Report and block
Use the report action on a listing or conversation to tell the operator about fraud, prohibited material or abusive conduct. Block a member to stop further messages in both directions. In an emergency, contact the relevant local emergency authority; platform reporting is not an emergency service.
